How to capture trade show leads into Attio with a business card scan

Most trade show leads die in a stack of cards on someone’s desk. Here is a faster path into Attio.

1. Scan immediately

After each meaningful conversation, scan the card in Fieldio while context is fresh. You can add a short event note (“Met at SaaStr booth — asked about route planning”).

2. Review before save

AI extraction is fast but not perfect. Fieldio shows editable fields — name, title, email, phone, company — before anything hits Attio.

3. Duplicate check

Before creating records, Fieldio can warn you if a similar company or email already exists in your workspace. Merge or skip instead of polluting the CRM.
