Overview
Fieldio ("we", "us") provides a field sales mobile app and Attio integration for B2B teams. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and your choices.
What we collect
- Attio OAuth tokens — to read tasks, write notes, and create records in your workspace.
- Visit metadata — check-in/out timestamps, GPS coordinates, visit duration, and notes you submit.
- Billing data — workspace ID and subscription status via our payment provider (Polar).
- Business card images (optional) — processed to extract contact fields; images are not stored after parsing.
- Support communications — if you email us.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not use your Attio CRM data for advertising.
- We do not store business card photos after lead extraction (unless you explicitly request otherwise).
Where data lives
CRM records (companies, people, notes, tasks) remain in your Attio workspace. Fieldio stores OAuth tokens, visit metadata, and billing state on our servers to operate the service.
Third parties
- Attio — CRM platform you connect.
- Polar — subscription billing.
- Cloud hosting — API infrastructure (e.g. AWS).
- Vision LLM provider — business card parsing when you use lead capture.
Retention
We retain account and billing records while your subscription is active. You may request deletion of Fieldio-held data by contacting us. Data already written to Attio stays in your Attio workspace.
