Everything you need to set up Fieldio for your Attio workspace — from install to your first GPS check-in.
Overview
Fieldio is a field sales layer on top of Attio. Reps use the iPhone app for visits, maps, GPS check-in, and business card capture. Managers configure the workspace in Attio; data syncs back as notes, tasks, and records.
- Attio app — install once per workspace (billing, visit addresses)
- Mobile app — each rep connects their phone via OAuth

Install in Attio
- Install Fieldio from the Attio App Store or your workspace admin’s install link.
- Open Workspace settings → Fieldio in Attio. Your 14-day trial starts on install.
- Confirm OAuth scopes include Records (read-write) so visit addresses and lead capture can update companies and people.

Visit addresses
Companies only appear on the field map when they have a street-level address. City-only locations are ignored.
- Open a Company record in Attio.
- Use the Set visit address action (location icon) or the Fieldio widget on the record.
- Enter Line 1 (street), district/locality, city/region, and country code (e.g.
TR,US). - Save — the company becomes available on the mobile map.
Mobile app
- Download Fieldio for iPhone (TestFlight or App Store — ask your admin for the link).
- Open the app → Connect Attio.
- Sign in with the same Attio workspace you use on desktop.
- Allow location, camera, and microphone when prompted (visits, lead scan, voice notes).
After connecting, the app loads today’s tasks from Attio and shows map markers for companies with visit addresses.
Visits & check-in
- Today — open a scheduled task and tap Check in. GPS is recorded at check-in and check-out.
- During the visit — add a text or voice note. On check-out, Fieldio writes a formatted note to the linked Attio record and completes the task.
- Map & route — see nearby companies with addresses; optimize a driving route for the day.
- Offline — check-in data is queued and syncs when connectivity returns.
Lead capture
At trade shows or in the field, scan a business card to create a lead in Attio.
- In the app, open Leads → capture or import a card photo.
- Review extracted fields (name, company, email, phone).
- Confirm — Fieldio creates the company/person in Attio and optionally a follow-up task.
Card images are parsed and not stored after extraction.
Billing
Fieldio is billed per Attio workspace. Early adopter pricing:$99/month (first 20 workspaces).
- Trial — 14 days, full access, no credit card required at install.
- Subscribe — Attio → Workspace settings → Fieldio → Subscribe (Polar checkout).
- After trial, the mobile app shows a paywall until the workspace is active.
