Agreement
By installing or using Fieldio, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization that authorizes use of the service.
Service
Fieldio connects to your Attio workspace to help field teams manage visits, capture leads, and sync activity back to Attio. Features may change as we improve the product.
Accounts & access
- You must have a valid Attio account and permission to connect third-party apps.
- You are responsible for activity under connected workspaces and mobile devices.
- You must not misuse the API, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the service.
Billing
Paid plans are billed per Attio workspace through Polar. Subscriptions renew monthly unless canceled. Early adopter pricing applies only to eligible workspaces as described at checkout. Taxes may apply.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate laws or third-party rights when collecting location or contact data.
- Upload malicious content or attempt to reverse engineer the service.
- Use Fieldio to spam, scrape, or resell Attio data without authorization.
Data & privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle data. You are responsible for informing your team and obtaining any consents required for field data collection in your jurisdiction.
Disclaimer
Fieldio is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Termination
You may stop using Fieldio at any time. We may suspend access for violation of these Terms or non-payment. Data in Attio remains yours after cancellation.
